Rick Geimer is a software developer specializing in XML,
enterprise content management, and web applications. He is currently an
architect on the Military Health System Healthcare Artifact and Image
Management Solution (HAIMS) project developing a standards-compliant,
enterprise content management component for the military's electronic
health record. Rick developed the online CDA Validator used widely
across the industry for prototyping validation of standards compliance.

- Versed in multiple programming languages and APIs used for manipulating and distributing electronic information, including Java/JSP, SAX, DOM, XSLT, C/C++, and OmniMark.
